Awesome spray and condensation display as Emirates 777 A6-EGK arrives as flight EK39 at Birmingham Airport/BHX/EGBB then departs as EK40 on 28th May 2013 on a very wet runway.

Landings, take-offs and ground activity at BHX/EGBB on several days in later Spring 2013.

Includes the start of bmi regional services to a number of cities, and a glimpse of the new Monarch Aircraft Engineering (MAEL) hangar - " the first UK hangar to have the capacity for Boeing 787 Dreamliner maintenance and will also have sufficient capacity for other wide body aircraft, such as the Boeing 777, 747 and Airbus A350".
